We have our very own in-house team of Fire Design Engineers and Fire Drafters who are fully equipped and specialise in 3D REVIT. Our design team leverage their extensive experience from large and industry specific projects to deliver tailored solutions. Add on features are also applied to assist with fabrication modelling, material listing and shop drawings. Our progressive innovation reassures our QA system, leaving no room for error. Models are provided with LOD 500 quality.

Block Plans
Zone Block Plans – Required to be installed adjacent to the Fire Indication Panel (FIP), Sub FIP and Mimic Panels. Zones Plans must clearly comply with the requirements of AS1670.1.
Weather you require a new zone plan or and existing plan to be updated we have the capabilities to assist. Site visits can also be arranged where required.
Note: Any amendments to an existing building require the Fire Zone Plans to be updated.
Hydrant Block Plans – Required to be installed at the Fire Booster Cabinet, Pump Room & Fire Control Room providing information the local brigade on the hydrant system operations. We provide our hydrant block plans on water and fade resistant hard back material to comply with AS2419.
Weather you require a new hydrant block plan or and existing plan to be updated we have the capabilities to assist. Site visits can also be arranged where required.
Note: Any amendments to an existing building require the Fire Hydrant Block Plans to be updated.
Sprinkler Block Plans – Required to be installed at each set of installation control assemblies and at the Pump Room & Fire Control Room providing information the local brigade on the hydrant system operations. We provide our sprinkler block plans on water and fade resistant hard back material to comply with AS2118.1.
Weather you require a new sprinkler block plan or and existing plan to be updated we have the capabilities to assist. Site visits can also be arranged where required
Note: Any amendments to an existing building require the Fire Sprinkler Block Plans to be updated.
Emergency Evacuation Plan – Emergency Response Plan – Emergency Response Plan – Tactical Fire Plan
AS3745 – Planning for Emergencies in Facilities
Building owners, managers and/or operators of a facility which operates as a workplace that may have occupants or visitors are required to have an Emergency Evacuation Plan in place.
Failure to comply with the Work Health & Safety Regulation 2017 could result in fines up to $30,000.
Our engineers can visit your site to provide “a free, no obligation quote” to design your emergency evacuation plans. Our Evacuation Plans comprise of Evacuation Diagrams, Emergency Response Plans & Emergency Training.
Evacuation Diagrams – Situated throughout paths of egress and common areas, the plans will provide essential information in the event of an emergency. This information will be as per AS3745 – indicating fire equipment, evacuation routes, designated exit points & assembly areas.
Emergency Response Plan – Specifically designed to suit your building layout and requirements our plans contain the procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency along with the responsibilities of staff and emergency phone numbers.
Emergency Training – Following on from the handover of the emergency response plan Safetytech offer training to all members of the Emergency Planning Committee (EPC)

Tactical Fire Plans
Our drafting engineers here at Safetytech are specialists at designs tactical fire plans. This information is crucial to firefighters establishing strategies in emergency situations.
Any building that contains a fire control room (FCC), facility emergency control room (FECC), considered a Major Hazard facility (MHF) in accordance with the Work Health & Safety Regulation or considered an explosive site in accordance with the Explosives Regulation.
