BACKGROUND:
Located in Mt.Pleasant with Woolworths anchored as the main tenant, this shopping centre also houses medical and lifestyle speciality tenancies on the upper floor. The development also included two underground levels of car parking with bays for up to 236 cars.
CHALLENGES:
Due to the constrained nature of the site, stringent planning of logistics and materials handling were key components of the successful delivery methodology. With the client setting a desired opening date the entire project would be under time constraints right from the outset.
SOLUTIONS:
Strategic consultation from our project manager and site supervisor with all other trades and working together collaboratively ensured we successfully met the Woolworths desired opening date.
