One Mabel Park
BACKGROUND:
“One Mabel Park” is located at 22 pollen Grove, Jolimont. Developed by IRIS Residentials and built by PACT Construction the building consists of 46 apartments.
CHALLENGES:
Site location and setup was extremely tight with surrounding residential apartments all located very close. Logistics, material storage and noise proved to be a challenge on this project.
SOLUTIONS:
Offsite fabrication of piping assisted with storage of pipe onsite. Each area of the building was given a unique label matching a bundle of pipe. When the area was opened up for install we were able to deliver that specific section of pipe which helped up achieve no storage of pipe onsite. We also focused our full work force to this project allowing us to complete the project within normal working hours. No overtime was required helping with noise restrictions to local residences.
