Mosman Park Shopping Centre
BACKGROUND:
2019, Engaged by Badge Construction at the Coles Shopping Centre and speciality tenancies to complete a project where another contractor was unable to complete the project.
CHALLENGES:
The project was 95% complete by another contractor which posed major challenges. As Constructed drawings had key information missing, pipework underground was in different locations, water tanks and pumpsets were incomplete and missing commissioning information.
SOLUTIONS:
Our Construction Department joined forces with our Maintenance Department and together we dissected each section of the project to compile a “defects register”. this allowed us to understand each section that required closing out. Section by section our team found answers and rectified any outstanding works allowing the project to be commissioned and handed over to the client.
