BACKGROUND:
Engaged by Valmont in 2017 to carry out a fitout to Level 9 for tenant BAILLIEU HOIST.
The sprinkler system and detection/evacuation system required alterations and compliance.
CHALLENGES:
Previous fitouts carried out on this floor were not to industry standards and required rectification.
SOLUTIONS:
Our fitout team identified to the builder the non compliances along with a report on what needed to be rectified. Client agreed with our comments and approved works to commence. A good outcome for the client.
