CHALLENGES:
Engaged at a late stage in the project commencement, we were automatically ‘behind the 8 ball”. Steel was already erected on site before we commenced design. Keeping up with the program was the main focus of our Project Manager right from the outset.
SOLUTIONS:
With primary focus on the design our team worked long hours around the clock at short notice. They also deviated from our usual approach in order to get a section of the project ready immediately. This allowed our fitters to commence on site while our designers continued with the remainder of the design. Our strategic approach allowed Safetytech to catch up with the program and in fact complete the project ahead of time. A great outcome for all involved.
