BACKGROUND:
Engaged by Shape Group in 2019, Safetytech were engaged to carry out the fire services alterations for level 4 & 5 at King Square 3.
Alterations included;
- Fire Sprinkler System.
- Fire Detection & Occupant Warning System.
- Fire Hydrant System.
- Services Penetrations.
CHALLENGES:
The schedule for this project was extremely tight with 4 weeks deadline given. With architectural features through the office fitout the fire services had to match in various areas. Sourcing special colours at short notice would prove hard.
SOLUTIONS:
We contacted our suppliers in USA who fortunately were able to change their paint production line to help match colours for us. We also air freight the material direct to our head office to assist with meeting the deadline. Our client was very impressed with our achievement.
